• Researching and identifying sources (both online and offline) that meet the target criteria
• Conducting outreach (via email, phone, trade shows, events or other more creative means) to share details about the opportunity to generate interest
• Presenting pre-qualified sources to client for review
• Guiding sources through initial phases (i.e., technical assessment, phone screening, exploratory call)
• Communicating updates, connecting sources with client team (if moving forward) or closing source out (rejecting) after technical assessment (if not moving forward)
• Injecting personality, professionalism, perspective and enthusiasm into each step of the process to ensure optimal results
